I made master not too long ago. But the pranksters are worrying Me. But ChaCha is great for the kids to search with. It really is a nice thing.

Personally, I make around $500 a month, sometime more. Nothing to sneeze at, seeing as I can work when I want to. It was very much so worth the training. The training helped me be much more efficient and confident as a guide. As stated before, the invites are off right now, as they are trying to weed out the bad guides, hence all the post you see from disgruntled ex-guides.

It's not worth it at all. 90% of the searches there are made by bored kids that have nothing better to do than to come and prank the site. If these kids decide to hit the abuse button for any reason at all, then Chacha has the right to drop you from their company right then and there without warning. Also, you will sit for sometimes hours without a request for a search, but the worst thing is the pay. You will be averaging possibly $2 per hour, as ChaCha has once again changed rules and limited the time they will pay you on each search. They say you "average" around $5 per hour, but even then, that's minimum wage to babysit a bunch of little snot nosed pranksters that you have to suck up to in fear of them reporting you (which lots will do anyways just to be jerks). Last, you are not an employee with Chacha. You are independent contractor with no rights and you are treated as such. I know there are those out there that will settle for this, and that is ok too, but it just wasn't for me and hasn't been for many others. The sad thing is that when I did start for Chacha last year, it was a decent program and I was glad I joined. It has deteriorated quickly, and I personally do not see it lasting.
