Stress and depressions are all over the place. How are you going to get rid of them? Share your tips here friends..

handling stress... erm.. good topic.. how do you handle your stress? very simple.. i'll go out and take a walk.. and take a deep breathe for about 5 - 10 minute.. then i relax myself.. i might also take a seat first.. and then start meditating for about 5 - 10 minute.... it does help me alot.. have you guys heard of aroma therapy? it helps to relax your mind and body.. it does work.. you can try it .. go and search more informations on it :) ..how about sleeping? will it work? i don't think so.. if you're having problems before you sleep.. after you're awake.. the problems still persist.. it won't help either.. i have to warn you people not to eat to release stress and depression.. it's very unhealthy :)

I find that gardening ...working outside..really helps to release stress as well as playing the organ or piano as well..;)+

Some things that work for me is stuff like writing out my thoughts, painting/drawing, working out, yoga, soaking in a hot bubble bath, music, sitting outside (when the weather allows for it)...and sometimes just a good old fashion cry can do wonders depending on what it is tht has me stressed.....

Nobody can really get rid of stress and depressions. It a part of life, just as eating and sleeping. It sounds like this, people want same things as food, money, and so on, but the things which can provide to ours are limited, so when lots of persons want to get the same ting, the only way for them to do is to complete, so stress and depression come to us. If you stay idle, you'll be cathch up by other people. It is the law of nature just what Spencer's Suvival of the Fitness said. If you can't change the law of nature, why don't try to change your attitude towards stress, try to see it in a positive way, to see it as a motive to push you through, not a barrier to sucess. By the way, what do you think the issues?
