this one is not really that challenging, you probably can solve it if you think for a while. try and solve this riddle/puzzle : "arrange 6 coins in 2 line so that each line have the same amount of coins." as usual, first post with right answer get best response. i can think of 2 possible answer for this riddle. let see if you can find out 2 of them.

Place 2 sets 3 coins on top of each other, such that we have 3C 3C. This will make 2 vertical lines with 3 coins each. other possibility is that place 3 coins in a row and 3 in vertical line doubling the centre coin such that we have: C C 2C C C This will make two lines with 4 coins each.

hmm, don't exactly follow your diagram, but you got the main point right. C = single coin D = 2 coin on top of each other answer 1 : C CDC C answer 2 : CCD C C

Either im misunderstanding or this is very simple and basic. 6 coins into 2 lines with the same amount of coins in each line = 2 lines of 3 coins?

make a diagram. if you are thinking like this : with C=coin CCC CCC this is not 2 lines, but 6 lines instead. well maybe you can count it as 2 lines if you separate them far enough. but it not the right answer. let me give a hint : each line have 4 coins.

This riddle is a bit confusing. When you simply keep 3 coins in a row, each line have the same amount of coins. Isn't it. You have not mentioned about diagnol lines, horizontal lines or vertical lines. So I think the riddle is not complete.
