Meal ideas for picky eaters?

My husband is an incredibly picky eater. We share the cooking, and I'm desparate to introduce new foods/meals to him. I'll tell you what he likes: meat and leafy green vegetables. Seriously, everything he eats can be categorized as either meat or a type of lettuce or spinach. Can anyone give me meal ideas that include these things? I don't need recipes, as I can look them up. I'm just looking for ideas. A few of the other "acceptable" foods for him include pastas, muchrooms, rice dishes and cheeses, and he will eat soup-I've found that he loves chicken with rice soup and mushroom soup. (I've started making homemade mushroom soup and freazing it so when he wants hotdogs I can suggest soup.)
