Do you usually break the buttons of your shirt when changing in anger ?

Do you end up breaking the buttons of your shirt when in anger and changing your clothes ? Do you think breaking the shirt buttons is worth it because whn you call down you will have to put them back in place . Is it really worth it ? Can't you control your temper before you end up breaking your buttons ?

MAY BE THE QuESTION IS NOT WHETHER YOU CAN ? Its whether you really want to . If you really want to then you can . But then again you have to have a reason to want to ! I am right na ?

No, I can't say that I have, but I have ripped a pair of pants, putting them on in anger, if that counts.

this is not end up ay all rather mess up ....because torning up shirt's button make stress level high rather than calming.... and yes the thiought of placing them back makes mind more stressed ..... its not worth.... we should have control over it.... as i have...;)

no i dont do this .....cuz i never get angery usually bt when ever get use to keep mind in control ... breaking shirts button will not give the relif bt will icrease ur temper more....
