Chiropractors?

Since my last job where I stood in one spot for 8 hours a day, I've had knee problems.
I also tend to hold a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, but I don't really seem to have back problems.
Someone suggested seeing a chiropractor, but I thought those were only for back problems?

Chiropractors specialize in body alignment. If your spine is out of whack, the nerves in the spinal area might be getting pressed or pinched, and there may be inflammation as well. It sounds like you would be a good candidate for chiropractic treatment. There are many good ones out there. I used to work for one. I still go to a chiropractor to get adjusted from time to time. If you think you need one, ask around and try and get some good recommendations.

Sorry, I completely forgot to mention that you might be able to get your knees adjusted too. And certainly, your neck and shoulders. We used to treat all kinds of things like heel spurs, tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, migraines, etc. So chiropractors are not just for your back.

If it's the shoulders and the neck, try to see a physiotherapist. I've got a real bad problem of shoulder due to using too much computer (and a bad position). The physio helped me very much. I don't have much problems now.
Also, I've done some search about chiropractors and it seems that it's not been proven that chiropractice give real benefits over any health condition.
