Prostate cancer in shift workers

I have read that there is a much higher percentage of prostate cancer in males who work more than one shift at their job. I have also read that this is particularly true of males who work the overnight hours shift and then who occasionally work another shift. Has anyone else read of such research or have any comments on this?

Yes I have also heard this that when men work more than one shift this is due to stress and not enough rest as well. My husband had prostate cancer and this is possibly why he had this as well, as he worked overnight shifts and also then occasionally worked another shift.
