Easy shrimp dish

1 tb. olive oil 3/4 lb. of thawed raw shrimp, tail off 1 med. onion sliced very thin 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped 3/4 ts. parsly flakes 1 tb. lemon juice 1/8 ts. salt grated parmesan cheese In a 10" skillet, heat oil on med. heat. Cook 2-3 minutes everything, (except cheese) stirring frequently until shrimp is pink. Do not over cook or it will be tough. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese.

I missed seeing your receipes the last week. Shellfish is this east coast girls favorite meals. I will cook it next week. What do you suggest serving it with?

I made the dish and it was delious. The only thing was I made my own alfredo sauce for the noodles that I got from the internet. It was really good but very rich and fatting. Do you have any low fat afredo sauce receipes.

That sounds very like a recipe I use. It is nearly the same except I use a eight ounces of cream with it and add in some spiral psta noodles for bulk. Sprinkling it with a nice goat cheese and some green olives is also very good.

I love shrimp, You are right it will get tough if you over cook it. What else are you going to put with it?

And what another delightful recipe as I love my shrimp although we call them prawns in Australia so I definately will also be adding this one to the engagement party as well I hope that they will be as nice as they sound here but thanks again for your recipe.

This looks like an easy dish that I can teach my daughter to make. I had never seen shrimp made with cheese. Thank you for shring this recipe.

I love shrimp because there is so much you can do with them and this is just one of many easy shrimp dishes. I would suggest serving this over some plain pasta as it would make a very nice main meal. Thanks for sharing an easy dish that can be made in minutes.

Sounds like an easy dish to make. Now if only someone else in my house besides me actually liked shrimp. Guess I'll have to make it for myself.

This looks very good. And I love me some shrimp. My hubby works at Red Lobster so I get alot of it. Im gonna have to see if he can make me this yummy looking dish.
