Easy shrimp dish

1 tb. olive oil
3/4 lb. of thawed raw shrimp, tail off
1 med. onion sliced very thin
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
3/4 ts. parsly flakes
1 tb. lemon juice
1/8 ts. salt
grated parmesan cheese
In a 10" skillet, heat oil on med. heat. Cook 2-3 minutes everything, (except cheese) stirring frequently until shrimp is pink. Do not over cook or it will be tough. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese.

That sounds very like a recipe I use. It is nearly the same except I use a eight ounces of cream with it and add in some spiral psta noodles for bulk. Sprinkling it with a nice goat cheese and some green olives is also very good.

I love shrimp, You are right it will get tough if you over cook it. What else are you going to put with it?

And what another delightful recipe as I love my shrimp although we call them prawns in Australia so I definately will also be adding this one to the engagement party as well I hope that they will be as nice as they sound here but thanks again for your recipe.

I love shrimp because there is so much you can do with them and this is just one of many easy shrimp dishes. I would suggest serving this over some plain pasta as it would make a very nice main meal. Thanks for sharing an easy dish that can be made in minutes.

This looks very good. And I love me some shrimp. My hubby works at Red Lobster so I get alot of it. Im gonna have to see if he can make me this yummy looking dish.
