Darwin Awards

Hello! Now that`s a web page i surf when ever i feel sad, or in a bad mood. It instantly changes me. My favorite, hmm that`s hard to tell, maybe the one with the balloons, who tried to fly using helium filled balloons over I don't remember what aberrant distance. Man, how stupid can you someone be? Now I`m looking to see the recent nominees. :P See ya!

I was just checking the darwin awards and had to come see if there was any discussion of it. I'm surprised you didn't get more posts! The darwin awards are both funny and sad all at once. It doesn't put great faith in humans surviving in the future, but at the same time it is people who die so I suppose that counts in favor of our success as a species.

Reminds me when I lived in Kitwe, Zambia. A fuel truck driver was pumping petrol from his truck into a large storage tank when he spotted sparks coming from the pump motor. Ahh. Ahh. he said and turned off the motor. At which point the sparks stopped. After more inspection and nothing found he turned the pump back on and set fire to the rig, then the tank, then the whole depot. It was quite a sight!

Plug Me In is one the the best. Do you bet that detonator doesn't work ? Plug in it just to see ! Lol.
