Have you ever managed to get your mylot star up after it dropped down?

I used to have a number 10 star. I had it for some time and then one day it just dropped to 9 and it stayed at this number for a long time and I can't manage to get it back to 10. I know that my rating dropped because some people rated me negative.
Now I have been searching on mylot to see if there are people whose ratings dropped and then they managed to get it back. But I couldn't find any discussion related to this subject.
So now I don't know if once your ratings drop then they stay that way all the time? I would like to know if it's the case or not and that's why I am starting it. Thank you.

Mine went from a 10 to an 8 due to one particular person who must have literally spent hours hitting the negative button for my posts because they didn't like me. My friends here all have pushed the plus buttons for me left and right and I'm up to a 9 now but it seemed to take forever to get back up while it took a day to go down 2 points! My end thoughts on it were , who cares? It doesn't really effect your earnings so let the babies have their fun! LOL

Hi hockeygal4ever and thank you. I'm sorry about your story. Yes I do think that some people can push the negative buttons if they don't like you to make you drop down.
I'm happy to know that it is possible to get up your ratings even though it can take a long time.
You are right we shouldn't care about it as long as it doesn't affect our earnings. Take care!

Good question. I had a blue number 10 star as well and it dropped to a 9. Mine obviously hasn't changed back yet. I would imagine it can go back up though. Hopefully someone will fill us in.

I didn't understand what the star meant but now I get it, it's the haters! I haven't posted for days and now I back to dull 7, my lucky 8 got dropped somewhere along the line. I was thinking more members joined and so as the rating goes higher you drop if you don't climb. Geez.

hi votreAmie I did manage to get back from six to an eight but not yet to a ten but still hoping. i was a ten at one time but peole honed in on me and in two days dropped me to a six but now I have climbed up by myself to an 8
