how do you women feel about your lover seeing you without make up and hair a mess? I try my best to always look my best even though we have lived together for 4 years and he loves me I hate looking a mess with bad breath

I only wear make-up when I am going to a special event or to church or a family event. I don't like a lot of make-up. I just use a big of mascara and rouge so I don't look like a corpse. I use a natural looking lip gloss - well, it's not really a gloss but it's in a tube that I apply with a brush. I usually blow dry my hair because when my bangs get too long they need to be curled under to dry them so they don't get messy and spread apart. Plus my hair has a bit of a wave to it that can make it look a little messy.
I don't dress up for my husband but he comments when I look nice and even when I'm looking my worst he tells me I look beautiful. And as someone pointed out, my husband comes home from work all unshaven (drives me crazy though). He does for the most part take care with his appearance.
When we are in our own house, I think it's okay to look scruffy and messy.

I was sensible enough to get married, hair a mess, that's life, does he love you? I suspect he just likes the look of you, that's bound to change, change your outlook and find yourself a real man, one who'll marry you. Bad breath is a no, no, look into the cause of it.
Life is real, girl, you are not, grow up, it doesn't look like he will, ditch him.

I've been married almost ten years and I certainly don't stress about looking my best 24/7, sheesh, I don't have the energy. What I look like when I get up in the morning with bed head, is what I look like, morning breath and all.
Besides, I've seen him at his worst, he apparently doesn't worry when he comes home from work all sweaty and stinky with two days growth of beard, and he certainly doesn't worry about eating those onions and having bad breath.
