I will still love her, be faithful to her and stick to my marriage vows. As for children, we could adopt a child.

Wow this is a tough one. I would like to say I'd stay faithful and stick to my vows. Luckily with all the advances with invitro fertilization and other options it would probably be very possible. But assuming none of that is possible, I probably wouldn't. Having children is such an important part of what I want to do with my life. And call it selfish but I want at least one child that is made from me. I would understand if I couldn't have children and my husband wanted to find someone who could.

Well it's a moot point for me since I don't want kids, but even if I did and my partner didn't, I would still stay faithful. Relationships are tough sometimes, it's easier if you know where both people stand to begin with and if one doesn't want or can't have children, then the other needs to decide what's more important to them -- a family or their partner. I'd always choose my partner.
