best stretchmark remover

I just want to ask anyone here who knows and has used a great stretch mark ermover. I've lost a lot of weight over the past month and sure, I do feel great. But I've noticed that I have unsightly stretch marks on my arms. Yes, I can cover them with sleeved blouses and shirts, but it's summertime and I do plan to go to the beach, and I don't plan on wearing a shirt when I swim. My friends can't think of any good anti-stretch cream so I am wondering if anyone here knows. Please! Thanks.

I have tons on my stomach from having my daughter. I asked my doctor what to do and he said tummy tuck. So i too would love to find something to use that actually works.
