Fond of oysters?

Are you fond of oysters? How do you like your oysters? How often do you have your share of oysters? I've only tried baked oysters and raw oysters with a dash of lemon on them. I preferred the former better. I love cheese, cream and a lot of herbs on oysters! I don't eat them as often as I would want, though, since it's a bit difficult to find restaurants that offer them here. What about you? Do share!
