JUICE or FRESH FRUIT???

Which one did you choose? Real juice or fresh fruits? I like the fresh one, more original taste for me.. But some fruits is hard to find then i will choose the juice. How about you?

I like Fresh fruits than fresh fruit juice. Fresh fruits fives the natural feeling and will contain fibres, that helps in easing the bowel system.

It depends on what I am trying to do. If I am trying to quench my thirst, I love a nice cold glass of juice, but if I am hungry I will go for the piece of fruit. The fruit is actually better for us than the juice, but both seem healthier than other alternatives.

I like both real fruit juice and fresh fruits. Juices are great because I can sip on it and enjoy it while doing something else. They are so convenient in terms of consumption and is a good way to ensure that I get adequate vitamins. Like when I am on mylot, for example.....lol :) Also, I drink juice when I've had a heavy meal and am unable to eat anymore fruits because that'll be too filling. Fresh fruits are great when I am hungry and need something to fill my stomach. They also are a great snack in between meals. Additionally, when I need to restrict my diet, they can also be used in place of one meal a day. That cuts my fat intake.

fresh fruit. i love fruits and i love eating them. when im bored i eat fruits. but i also love juices provided that they are really from fruits. i like squeezed orange juice. i love green mango juice and ripe mango juice. especially now, it summer here and a cold green mango juice really makes my day.

I like fresh fruits especially orange, melon, avocado, banana and durian. In my hometown some fruits hard to get because sometimes it's depend on the season

id choose real juice cause theyre easy to drink, though you dont like a fruit, just combine it with other fruits like oranges and youll get its nutrients that you cannot see it fruits you like.

I'd rather eat fresh fruit than drinking fruit juice because I love eating, and the juice won't be able to satisfy my cravings to eat something.

Fresh fruits...you can made a juice from your fresh fruit by your own...Choose a fruit that is free for pesticides, dyes and wax. Use your zester, microplane or grater to make it...You can say that your juice is fresh also...

I definitely prefer fresh fruit rather than fruit juice. Fruits are very abundant here in the Philippines. To my rough estimate, maybe about more than 50 different types of fruits here. However, there are lots of fruit juices also available in the market. But I rarely drink the juices because the fresh fruits are readily available here.

Just like you've said, i like fresh fruits for there is no alteration of them unlike the fresh fruits there maybe some chamicals added to hte juice either for preservation purpose or to give a more sweet taste. Even the fibrous fruits which aid digestion when in juice form the fibre is lost. so ilike fresh fruits.
