Do you prefer your beef rare, medium or well-done?

i prefer well-done i dont want any trace of blood on anything i eat.

rare. it's really tender and sweet. but it gets cold quickly.

I used to get my steak medium-well, but after this one doctor told me that I should eat it less than well done, then I switched over to always getting it well done. I like it either way, although I think I actually like it well done better now.

I like to have my beef steak well done because I'm afraid of some harmful microorganism is still there if it's rare or medium. Besides, the taste is more delicious.

erm.. i think i prefer beef medium.. i don't know why.. maybe it's because it's a half - half? yes.. i do agree with you.. chinese like their beef to be well done.. they are very particular when it comes to hygiene.. they think it's disguting and dirty to eat a not well done beef.. especially when the blood still oozing from the meat.. you do get what i mean right? to me.. it's fine.. because i eat every inner parts of the animals.. so.. i think there's nothing to be afraid with such meat huh? have you tried pork intestine? haha.. it's a popular delicacy among the chinese here =)

i definitely like my beef medium rare, i just love the way it tastes whn its cooked medium rare, ohhh my mouth is watering already,im off to get some beef
