do you wish you could read people's thoughts?

if you will be given that gift would you accept it? probably yes, right? imagine knowing people's secrets. nothing could ever be hidden from you. nobody could ever tell you lies ever again. you will always be one step ahead of everybody. imagine reading your husband's thoughts when you ask him where he's been everytime he comes home late.
you are probably the most powerful person in the world if you have this ability. you could even make tons of money out of this. what a career it would be. but do you really want to know everything? isn't it great sometimes to be surprised? to discover things with a little hardwork? are you ready to give up the pleasure of living a life that you made to believe?
think about it and let me in on your thoughts....

I would like to, so I can know what others are thinking. But, on the other hand. I might not like it if they are thinking about me in bad ways. I might not be able to handle that.

I think that this would be a burden, and that u will end up hating it in the end. Remember the movie "what all woman wants" with mel gibson, where he could read all thoughts made by women.. He was aboutto go crazy after a while.
I think people having secrets is sometimes what makes them interesting, this would make life kind of boring...
