I saw this in another discussion....

I think the quote is not actually saying we are all omniscient beings who can save or condem the souls of others. I think it is more of a "we are all part of something greater and larger than our individual selves" type of thought. We all have the power to do great things and if we put aside our differences and worked together we could create glorious and unimaginable things, if we only harnessed our potential.

It really does depend upon the religion you believe in to answer that question, even christians say we are made in the image of god, and when god breathed life into adam he breathed his essence. there is some religions that believe that everything is god because got made it.

Sounds like the new age stuff that was going around a few years ago. I seem to remember Shirley McClain getting seriously into this. I think she even wrote a book concerning it. They are taking the message of God "residing within us" after salvation a step too far to the fanatical! They don't really understand.

No I don't I belive in God up in heaven that sent his son Jesus to die on the cross for mine , yours and everyone else's sins in the world. The God that made all of creation.

I've seen that before and am glad I am not. Your post made me laugh out loud. I don't know how He does it either.

of course im not God, we cannot same a human as a god.. god is some that we can tell about them.. God is all we pray.
