Do you think its fair for the people in America who are here legally to have to pay for programs to help others translate English...or do you think it's the person's responsibility who decided to come to this country to learn the native language? Are their other countries who pay to educate foreigners to learn their languages?

I don't think it's fair that so many people are coming to this country illegally and expecting us to learn to communicate with them instead of wanting to learn our language. I know a family with several children who speak fluent English, yet the parents still speak Spanish. They have lived in this country for 15 years now. I also don't think it's fair when the local job market closes up because everyone wants employees who are bi-lingual.
