Robin Hood miniseries on BBC America

I started watching the Robin Hood miniseries on BBC America and love it. I didn't realize that it wasn't new until I googled it and saw that it was on BBC One last year.
The boy they cast as Robin is devilishly handsome. Maid Marian is beautiful in a down to earth way. I look forward to every week's episode. I know good will triumph over evil but still love to see it.
I was very sad when Roy gave his life to save Robin.
I can't wait to see more.

I agree this is a great show. I have been watching it since it premiered and like you I thought it was a new series until I saw that they were already selling the 1st season on DVD on BBC America. This is a show our entire family watches together.

Robin Hood was quite succesfull in the UK but finished all of a sudden.
i hope the next series last longer.

I think this is a brilliant mini-series. I saw it last year when it was first shown on bbc and it was a great show. It's funny and entertaining, with not nice quite simple stories and lots of good action. It's a great show to watch on a saturday night (which is when it was shown) and i really look forward to a new series! I really hope they expand the love story between Dacj (think that's how you spell it) and will scarlett - that could be a nice interesting, and potentially v comical, subplot to rob and marion!

I love robin hood- it's one of my favourite programmes... good lord, guy is handsome!
The second series in out now and I'm hooked!
