I am looking for a new website wherer i can get paid to write. They paid me 3 dollars te other day for 3 dollars. Ever since they started doing the bonus payouts, they have been paying less for actual papers. DOes anyone else agree with me?

Whow, I dont know about this. I've just submitted an article for AC. Would I be offered $3 too? If so, I would just publish it to CC.. And what is CSO?

CSO = Content Special Offer; they ask for content on specific topics and offer a guaranteed price for articles that meet their quality standards. The ones I've taken are usually $8 or $10.

I don't know of any that pay much. I started with AC just before they started the bonus thing, so it's hard to compare. I try to find some of AC's suggested topics that look interesting, but no luck so far. I noticed that some people have tons of things published, but some of them look like they were just thrown together. It seems like that would make readers lose interest in that writer.

Charlene, I was definitely not referring to anything you wrote. My comment just happened to pop out right after yours.

I average around 4.50-5 with a few getting offers of 4.01..seems kind of low to me as well, but on the otherhand with as many as I write it adds up just fine...better than mere pennies. I like AC

At first, I didn't see this. But now, I'm starting to notice it. It actually started before the bonus program now that I think about it. When they stopped rounding up to whole dollar amounts, they were already offering less. They could shave off a few cents here and there. If you find something better, let me know. At least the good thing is with the bonus thing though, I have so many articles up that now I can make money even when I'm too lazy to write. But still! I'd like to make at least $8-$10 per article again. $5 is ridiculous!

I don't know about the AC site. I just found a website called ReviewStream where you can write reviews on any topics, and you'll get paid. Current rate is $1.5 per review, and if someone votes your review, each pays $0.10. I think it's quite a good deal. Perhaps you can check it out if it interests you. URL: http://www.reviewstream.com

That only sounds good if it's a popular enough site that many people would vote. Otherwise, I'm not writing reviews for that cheap. AC usually pays $8 for a review. I've had some go for $12.

I stopped contributing to them when they started offering me $3, and this was more than 6 months ago. I just keep an eye on the CSOs now, that's really the only option that makes it worth it for me to do articles there.

AC has definitely gone downhill since the performance bonus has started. That and since they got a new round of CM's that don't know anything about how AC should be run. What is more disturbing however, is the fact that I tried to discuss how my payments have fallen and Mike Street says he 'doesn't see the pattern that I am referring to'. Which in my opinion is a huge lie. He definitely knows what is going on, he just doesn't want to talk about it. I still write for AC regardless, but not as much. I'm trying to work other places to get cash but it's hard.

I have noticed that too. I wrote a long and detailed article on composting, 4 pages long! And was only offered $3. The only good payment I have recieved lately has been for a CSO, everything else has been nothing.
