Brushing Teeth - Morning or Evening; which is must.

Brushing teeth twice a day. Keeps you healthy. We have learned this from our childhood. From Parents as well as teachers. Elder persons were shouting all the time in my childhood. "Have u brushed teeth or not? ". At that time we were bored with these elders. But when at the age of 16, I have to go to dentist, to fill up 5 cavities and remove 1 teeth, I realised the importance. Which time is important and a must? Is it in morning (before a hot cup of tea, Bed tea or after tea, or while going to sleep? Is bed tea good for teeth?

To avoid bad breathe we must brush our teeth in the morning. To keep our teeth clean and prevent our teeth from decaying so we must brush our teeth before going to bed.

i'd say both. we are required to brush our teeth at least 2x a day so morning and night are the best times to do so... in the morning because the whole night that you slept (around 8 hours) your mouth was just closed. there is a tendency that bacteria starts to grow inside it. in the evening, we also have to brush our teeth because the whole day, we ate different kinds of food. brushing is the way to eliminate the plague-causing germs inside our mouth.

I think at night its most important because your mouth is filled with a day's worth of bacteria and what not. and if you go to sleep with it, everything will be trapped inside and damage your teeth. also you'll likely get a bad breath=)
