Login failed.Second life not can be accessed ....

Hello, i have from yesterday a problem with second life client.
When i try to log into system , i have this messagge:
"Login failed.Second life can not be accessed from this computer"
:-( why i can not connect?

Already i have made the download of old and new client application, without any result.I have wait 24 hours and nothing have changed, i also have write to costumer service.This is very strange, a lot of people have this problem.
i think the only solution is to format my pc, the message say that i can not access from this pc, so if i reinit all, i think i can log in...

I'm having the same problem. I called them and told them everything that was going on, and they told me to send a ticket. I have yet to hear anything from them, though. I've tried reformating my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling Second Life, and making multiple accounts with different names. Still, they all say the same.

you're probably hardware banned. meaning, LL has banned your machine from accessing the game. unless, of course, you have a static IP and were simply caught in a IP ban mis-hap(someone else getting IP banned that happens to be on the same ISP as you).
if you have submitted a ticket and they have not gotten back to you, you probably broke SL's TOS in a major way causing them to machine ban you, if you're really unaware of doing anything wrong, i would just keep submitting tickets... LL takes about a million years responding to basic members as there is very little support offered to these members.
