Will you read the Harry Potter 7 in the internet?

There have been talks about a leak of the book online. That you will find the book online already, will you download it if you find it? Will you read the book that way? Or wait for it to be released and buy the book by then? And if you read it online, will you still buy the book later? Harry Potter is already something like a collector's item and I think even if I'll be able to read it online, I will still buy the book later even just to complete my collection.

My morals say that i won't, but i know that i would be tempted to read it as there's nothing like knowing something other people don't know, plus i could bet on what happens in the book and win a ton of money :P I'm not sure, it's certainly not the way i WANT to read it, i'd prefer to cosily sit down and read it in bed or something, not crane your neck to read the words on my Computer screen, although its possible to get it onto things like PSP's or PDAs, that will probably still lead to eye strain... lol

yes, i'd do the same. I will buy the book when it gets released but it's nice to know how the story ends before everybody else right?

you know what? i don't particularly care whatever version it is i'll be reading, as long as i get to know how the story ends. i have too much invested in this series... honestly, i don't think i can resist it if i can lay my hands on an online version first as long as its a true copy. however, even if i do manage to do that, i would still buy a copy of this book because i'm pretty sure that i would want to read it over and over again in the future. :)

I'm mildly curious to know whether Harry will live or die, but that's only because the book is so popular and am curious as to how the story will end. I read the first chapter of the first book and was completely unimpressed, so didn't read any more of the series and don't plan to do so in the future.

yey for you. At least the 1,500 (Philippine Peso) would be worth it for you. As for me, I'm the only one here who reads Harry Potter, my husband prefers to watch the movie. My sister and brother loves Harry Potter too, but they're in Canada already so they'll buy their own copies ^_^

i'd read it online and buy the book afterwards. i would not be able to keep the suspense if i know that the story is already in the internet.

Honestly I have finished downloading it but haven't been able to read it yet. I downloaded it via torrent, that's the only way it was available. if you know how to use a torrent then just search for the title of the book, if not, message me and I'll tell you how to do it, step by step. ^_^

You are indeed a true blue Harry Potter fan! Well, I prefer the book, thank you. I don't want to spoil my book-reading. If others would be talking about it, I wouldn't even dare to listen, or wouldn't even bother to look up the details in the internet. Perhaps I'm not too much of a Harry Potter fan as you, but in any way, I love reading books and I don't like spoilers. Hehe. I even prefer the book to the movie! Happy myLotting!

I will read it online then buy the book later. I like to keep good books. I tend to re-read my books now and again. I even have the Lord of the Rings series as well as the other related books like "the hobbit", etc.

My kids don't like to download it. They love Harry Potter stories. In fact my daughter got a letter with autograph of Daniel from London to Philippines.

Good for you. I'm just curious as to how the book will end. If it will be as good as we all expect. What twists will JK Rowling have instore for HP fans...things like that, that's why I'm hankering to read it as my reason for wanting to read it online... But of course, the book will be an addition to my collection as I said and I will definitely buy it...

I don't like reading books online, as alot of the times I don't want to be hours on end on the computer. I probably wouldn't because I would want to read it with my elder son and he doesn't stay still long enough when he's on a computer. I plan to buy multiple copies, because if I get one for my son, it might get messed up... So I am buying one for myself as well
