Maybe I'll pick UK (well, let's just assume there is a BB there right now - we all know their Celebrity Edition just ended recently and Shilpa won). The people of UK speak English so any Filipino housemate wont find any language problems there. I've also heard many British girls find Malayo-Polynesian men attractive because of their exotic looks so if Bruce gets to be chosen for a swap, then he'll be more than perfect for such an exchange!
