Who Would You Bring With You In An Island?

Pretend you are about to embark on a journey to an island right at dead center of the Pacific Ocean. It is perfectly a beautiful island, with all the luxuries of a Pacific Beach resort: spa, pool, hotel, the works. And you got a lot of cash to splurge. But you only got exactly 24 hours to spend in that remote island. Nobody's there in that island (except maybe of course the staff of those spa, pool, hotel, etc.). If you were given the chance to bring someone with you, who would it be and why? Choices: 1. Your spouse 2. Your parent-in-law 3. Your own parent 4. Your friend 5. The first person you meet.

My spouse. I would just love to have the chance to be completely alone with no family or friends to barge in on us. It would be like a second honeymoon.

What a fantasy! I would take my spouse along. You indeed made the choice very easy by not including a girlfriend or mistress. For God's sake, why would I take my parent or parent-in-law on such an exotic trip? Why go with a friend when I am not g*y, or with a stranger, who could turn out to be the first person I meet?

The first person I would think of to bring with me would be my husband. He's my partner for life, for all things good and bad, and for this spa trip, I would definitely bring him, especially since we'll get some privacy which is such a luxury for us nowadays!

I understand by what you mean with privacy being a luxury nowadays. How I wish my wife and I can also enjoy some privacy of our own.
