United with spirit, heart and mind

Being human is not just having a body. It is also having a mind, heart, and spirit. Mind is the will, heart is the conscience and spirit is our eternal part. But there are times, that these three is not one. And that is why we got trouble inside us. How shoud we manage this kind of trouble?
