Safelists, Opt in Lists - Good way of advertising to get referrals?

Does anyone use opt in list builders to send ads out to? Sometimes they include an affiliate program to earn commissions from Do you find them useful I've got 2 safelists and also an online Ezine, newsletter which i can send out daily All of them include a program so that members can get affiliate commissions. If your list is large enough then it can be a great way to get your sites and ads noticed and a good way of getting referrals.
