Men or Women, what are you searching for from the other? What do you seek in relationships? My focus, to begin with, will be on a writing project that is intended to invoke a greater understanding of humanity from both the female and male perspective and specifically as it relates to relationships. I will be working on a number of questions to post. Some of them broad and some of them specific. Some of the most common things I hear from friends and acquaintances are… I just can not figure out what he/she wants!!! I can’t get through to him/her! In short.. I hear, he or she makes no sense! We have all heard or read the studies, we are all familiar with Women are from Venus Men are from Mars, we all KNOW there are differences between us and that we are wired differently. I am not interested in validating scientific evidence of that. I am interested in the emotional depths of it. The misperceptions of those differences and the needs they create. The things we do not tell each other. The things we want to ask and don’t….want to tell but won’t.
