Do you have a carsick?or shipsick?

Today,I went back to my school for exams.Everything is OK excepting the long distance,I need to by bus for more than 6 hours,which is really difficult for me,because I had a carsick,but I have no choice.How about you?Do you also have a carsick?or a shipsick?And how do you deal with them?

Six hours by bus is quite a long distance.Considering that you spend twelve hours travelling is quite astonishing.If that would have happened to me,I'd have slept in the bus,lol.Well, I don't have a ship sickness ,but if I travel over long periods of time without any rest I would feel dizzy.
