If you have kids there is always a need for batteries. EVERYthing this day and age takes batteries. Even if you dont have kids, there are A LOT of things that take batteries, digital cameras, mp3 players, just about everything takes some sort of batteries. Do you use disposable or rechargable batteries ? I use both but for things that use up the batteries quick like my digital camera i use rechargables.

batteries - keep them at hand
i prefer using the rechargeable batteries. it is so convenient and i could save more from it. there are times that i'd also buy some disposable batteries which i use for back-up in times when i think that disposal batteries will run out of charge already. i just keep them handy, for emergencies.

I use the throhaway batteries because by the time you buy the charger you spend more money you can buy throw away batteries from anywhere to 1.50 from 2.00 thats at the dollar store.

I do buy some of those dollar store batteries for things like flashlights and stuff that doesn't use a lot of power, but those batteries dont last long in a lot of toys that we have for the baby. Things that have moving parts especially. like a mobile or picture projector.

I do my best not to use batteries they are way too expensive and they only last a short time . I don`t think they are worth the money , but when I do need them I use the rechargeable ones .

I use my camera a lot taking photos for a couple of bands, I started off by using rechargable batteries and thought that was pretty good, until I started running short of power and having to change batteries all the time during a gig until I was told about Lithium batties, expensive yes but can be bought cheaper at times, once you use these you will never go back, my first lot I am still using through6 gigs taking hundreds of photos, I have been told they take about 1000 shots, no more panic battery changes, they are wonderful....

I use both as well because yes, with having a child it seems like EVERYTHING takes batteries. We use rechargables in the digital camera, but in my daughters toys and everything else we use the regular ones. It seems to me though that the more you recharge the batteries the less longer they last. It is very annoying, but if you already have the charger and spent money on that why let it go to waste right?

I use both also. I use rechargable batteries for my digital camera and I use disposal for everything else.

I usually buy both and use both. I like the rechargable for my digital camera but they don't last long with me.
