Is anyone else allergic to the tetanus booster?

I literally died twice as a result of this. Once I was only young, and no one bothered to tell me, and so that is why I had it again when I was about 23. Do you wear a tag to say you are allergic, or just rely on the fact that you will be able to tell the medical professionals not to give you the injection when they ask if you are allergic to any medication?
