In the hot summer, if you will use air-condition ?
I heard it is bad for our healthy and I perfer to use a fan or fanner.

I have never heard about it being bad for our health. I have central air and I use it when it is extremely hot. My son has respiratory disease and cannot tolerate hot weather, so I don't have much choice.
