im posting this topic for discussion not let the world know how our country fails to deal with our garbage problem. maybe you readers can give me your shot how your country solved it that is if garbage isnt a problem.
RA 9003 ecological solid mgt act of 2001,signed into law on jan 26, 2001.
to date, we are still in the midst of this problem. segregation was one they say could minimize bulk of our waste. but seing garbage collectors mixes it the same, we find no reason having it segregated.
how do you manage it in your country?
