I am a working mom and right now my nanny is on vacation and i really have a hard time taking care of my children and working. Before going to work, i make sure that my childrens foods and clothes were ready when they wake up so that my sister can feed them and bathe. in the afternoon, when i arrive at home, i will start fixing our food and after that i will shower them and change their clothes. my husband is the one who put them to sleep and that is the only time where i can rest. for working moms out there just like me, how do you cope with the stress? how do you handle the pressure of working and at the same time tending to your childrens needs? any tips, care to share some? thanks!

I'm also a working mom and I don't even have a nanny to take care of my 2 kids.. But the good thing is that, I work during night time 'coz I'm working in a call center environment and my husband's working during day. So, when I go to work my husband is already in the house to take care of our kids and when it's time for him to go to work I'm already in the house too to accompany and to take care of the kids. And for us to cope up with stress, since me and my husband have the same days off (saturday & sunday), we make sure that we go somewhere to have FUN.... like going to the amusement parks, going to the beach, eat out, or by just playing games or board games. And once in a while we go to the SPA together to have a relaxing body massage.
