Ever felt destructive?

Have you ever felt destructive? Felt like fighting with your spouse or friends for no real reason (to the extent of ending your marriage or binning your friendship), or quitting your (reasonably good) job over some minor irritant, or even relatively minor things like not being able to resist the temptation to spend that little extra that you can't afford or eat another piece of cake or have another drink? How do you deal with it- I used to think that once I was properly grown up these urges would pass. Now now I find that every once in a while, even at the ripe old age of thirty I get the impulse to trash my reasonably good life. Anyone else out there who feels the same?

I am a peaceful man in general. I love every body. My nature is loving everybody. So no question of destructive nature. It is bad to health. Think calmly and act upon it. I suggest you to meditate. Meditation helps you to calm down.
