From many episodes the two Luthors changed from the 'willing to be good' Lex and the always bad Lionel to the 'failed to be good' Lex and the 'is still the same bad man' Lionel. This episode confirmed Lionel is still the same 'I get what I want, no matter what' bad man (threatening Lana). And Lana, who made me wonder those times she used Lex's methods forgetting for a moment her ideals and values, now is ready to sacrifice her future to save Clark. How long will she be able to hide her new secret from Lex? Just remember the episode when Clark told her everything and Lex realized that she knew. Save Clark is the real reason Lana married Lex, or there's something else (Clark's lack of trust in her while Chloe knew)? I think it's a great episode because it's full of surprises and action. About the corpse, I don't watch CSI because I don't like that kind of series, so I can't compare it with this episode, but I found nothing scaring or disgusting, and killing and hiding the doctor in a tomb was a 5 minutes matter; after that there was no mention of it until the end, while I think in CSI-like series all the stories are built around corpses, and maybe referring to particulars.

I loved this episode. There was a lot of drama and it did advance the plot. It was so hurtful. I did cry a bit. I mean, Lana finding out about Clark's abilities, and she's willing to let it all go. Clark gives up on her. And then he's given the hope that she's gonna be with him again, just to be let down. That scene at the wedding when the ceremony was going on and Clark was watching from afar...that really broke my heart. He looked so hurt. Glad to see that TOm Welling's acting is improving. It's just a really roller-coaster like episode. Really well made. About the CSI thing, well, I didn't mind much of it. Didn't even catch my attention.
