well i have been fishing , working , and being lazy lol. i love fishing and we go at least once a week if not 3 times a week. the weather has been really rainy here lately so we get there and it is sprinkling and then we hike to where we are going set up and it pours lol. just our luck. the fish bite good but we all have colds lol. i guess that is our own fault though.

Hi there! Well, I actually haven't been fishing in a long time. I used to go with my father and brother alot when I was younger, and then with boyfriends in my 20's. I'm 32 now and married. My husband also likes fishing and soon we plan on getting a fishing license and rods. The lakes here in Switzerland are gorgeous. I can't wait to start again. I really miss it a lot. I remember this one time fishing with my dad. I caught a nice size bass, but he had to reel it in because I didn't have the strength LOL. It wasn't huge or anything, but a pretty good size. It was exciting to me. Not many women enjoy fishing, but I do. I was raised with just a brother, so I was like the tom boy :-) My husband is so glad I like it. Hopefully we will go soon so I have stories to tell! Greets from Switzerland!

Alternate fishing spot - This is where our charter captain suggested as an alternate fishing spot. There were no fish caught that day, but we did see dolphins, hermit crabs and lots of bait fish. :)
LOL, For hubby just about any lake, creek, pond, or ocean works for him. The fishing charter we had planned for our anniversary was postponed until next weekend, but I look forward to my first experience of offshore fishing. I've had my salt water stamp for months now & really do look forward to getting some bigger fish than we get when we're fishing the lakes, creeks and ponds. I'm really looking forward to this trip. Sure hope my motion sickness pills will work. Don't know that I'll really need them, but I'm going prepared.:) This is a pic of hubby and his brother. When our charter got cancelled, the captain suggested this spot. It was pretty windy and unfortunately, the fishing wasn't a big success as there were dolphins on the other side of this channel. Do you know what dolphins can do to a day of fishing? LOL
