Declining of Ambulance Officers

Please be aware the increase of pressure on Ambulance Officers in the cities. They are leaving for the Mining towns because of the good wages. Yes we were told at our training that they have recently closed down 4 stations in the city, so they have to travel further and the pressure are more extreme on the Ambulance Officers. We were so stunned and cannot understand why the govt isnt doing anything about helping these with making them stay. This has now put more pressure on the Health system. Let see what you think and what should be done?
