I'm so busy those days, because there is a activity in our school, the Art of Dormitory, and we take part in it. Our topic is Red Makeup. You know, the red color is a favotive color in China, so we make up our dormitory by red paper. It is a hard work to do the paper-cut, which is one of the Chinese art traditions. It take us almost one week to finish those paper-cuts and other things. Do you know Chinese paper-cuts? Have you seen them before? Do you like them?

Origami Ball - Colourful origami ball
I have never seen anything like this although I remember years ago I took a walk down our Chinatown here in Melbourne, they have a lot of shops selling Chinese art and things, they had a lot of beautiful things like this, I love these shops because they sell so many colorful things, I love color, the paper cut outs do you use a pttern for them or just by freehand, I know the Chinese people are very clever when it comes to paper folding and they don't seem to use a pattern for those.

Thanks for responding. Yes, we don't use a pattern for paper cut, just by freehand. And I love the those colorful things too.
