I don't know why you want to know the symptoms as you already have them on such a regular basis? I think what you mean is some home remedies (I hope so) You can have a mixture of the juice of a whole lime, equal quantity of honey, mixed with a glass of warm water. It helps in cold and fever too. Steam fomentation (inhalation of steam) will also help alot in cold, to help stop the flowing of your nose. A few drops of Eucalyptus oil added to the water during steaming will add effect.

The symptoms are really simple. Cold is indicated by a running nose, or a blocked one, and slight fatigue, along with a headache or a sore throat sometimes. You might even just feel a heaviness in the head. Fever increases the temperature of the body, and usually comes to help the body quickly kill harmful bacteria in the body - which is why you shouldn't immediately take a pill to reduce your temperature. If you drink ginger juice with equal amount of honey (total quantity about 2 tsp) first thing in the morning everyday, you will fall sick less frequently with cold and fever. All the best

a cold often starts with feeling tired, sneezing, coughing and having a runny nose. you may not have a fever or u may run a low fever just 1 or 2 degrees higher than usual. you may also have muscleaches, a scratchy or sore throat, watery eyes and a headache. the flu starts suddenly and hits hard.u'll probably feel weak and tired and have a fever, dry cough, a runny nose, chills, muscleaches, severe headache, eye pain n a sore throat. it usually takes longer to get over the flu than a cold.
