"asthama " can it be cured completely??????

guys we all know about asthama disease,its very hard to revive if the person goes into the attack,me too suffering frm the same,so i want to know about the preventive measures which shud be taken?? pls help me

Exercising in moderation and making sure you are not overweight are all ways of helping asthma.
