Sciatica pain...

I have been having problems with my back. I do know that it is Sciatica. My question is has anyone ever had this problem and if so how did you get it to go away? Do chiropractors help for this kind of thing or would it be a waste of money? Please help with any remedies you may have or any good doctor advice.

Spastic is right about doing some spine stretching exercises. Everyone is different when it comes to treatments and length of the problem. I have known many different people who have had this problem. Some went from mild to severe. So severe that they required the use of a walker to assist in ambulation. Chiropractors may help alleviate pain with treatments.
