Hey Guys and Girls, What is your favorite Chili recipe?

I have just started a big ole pot of chili because it has been really cold and rainy here, So tell me how you make yours and what do you serve with it.
I use Dark red kidney beans and I hate to admit it, I cheat and use Carroll Shelby's packaged seasonings, (GOOD STUFF) LOTS of Hamburger and walla walla onions and a few other top secret ingredients and waalaa!
I will do a big pan of cornbread to go with it! YUMMY!
Do you like white beans, kidney beans, meat, no meat, spicy, not so spicy, lots of veggies, very little veggies.....

I absolutely love chilli. I like to make a big pan of it and serve it with mayo, cheese, avocado, salad and wraps, or just put it in a bowl with cheese and mayo on top. Lovely. It is a great comfort food for me.

I love chili on cold snowy days...My recipe is easy. Gr beef browned with lots of onions.drain the grease. pot in big pot and add 3 cans light red kidney beans and about 4 cans tomatoes with diced green chilis. simmer until dinner time.taste test and add salt,pepper and chili powder as needed. This is pretty spicy and I love it. I either make corn bread or bread sticks to eat with it. The next day we eat the leftovers poured over pasta.
