So Riding a Bike is JUST like Riding a bike. You never forget how to do it. My children are growing (far too quickly) and are now taking their bikes on walks, so I needed someway of keeping up with them. Hubby and I finally broke down a bought me a bike.
It's been about 15 years since I've really ridden on a bike. My stationary one doesn't cound, because it's got a real flat seat and comfy to sit on. Besides, I don't need to balance on it. :) I had forgotten what it felt like to have the wind blowing on my face, the click, click of the pedals, how sore my bottom gets when sitting on the seat! LOL!
Has there been anything that you have recently taken up that you enjoyed as a child? riding bike? Board games? football? did it make you feel young again? :)

My husband and I recently found an old fresbee of mine when I was a kid so we started playing fresbee. It is so much fun and not to mention a great workout. We also have a basketball hoop and play basketball sometimes. It is so much fun.

:) thats how things are here. my husband and i are about to buy bikes for us so we can ride with the kids. we take them to the playground when the weather is nice, i got on a swing for the first time in years, and raced my husband to see who could get the highest :) it was great! it felt like i was flying and i remembered doing it in grade school. my daughter is starting to get into the board games now so that is fun for us too. and we all play outside together too :)

Oh yes, I forgot about the swingsets! and slides!! My youngest got me to go down one this weekend. I have to admit, I was scared! I still refuse to do the tornado slide, though!!
