I hate the court system.

Has anyone out there ever been in a court battle over your children. I just got done with court and i lost my fight for the kids. the home life that they have there is very bad and i was trying to show the courts that, but the judge said that it will be fine, what an ---. i did get the kids this summer but i still have to pay childsupport plus all of the childcare that it will take this summer. i didnot get any help with the daycare at my house but they added the daycare to my childsupport when the kids are not with me. I hate the court system it is not fair and doesnot care about the welfare of the kids. has anyone had the say kind of luck if you want to call it that like i have.

I agree. It i snot the court system. It is your lawyer. I suggest firing your lawyer and getting one that specifilly deals with child support cases. Let the new layer know what you want and see what he can do. Listen to his suggestions and do what he says. I think you will see a turn around. As long as you stick with it for th long haul.
