Limited Account Access - Paypal

Hello, i have a problem. someone tried to hack my PayPal-Account. so i got limited.
I have to do this before my account is normal again:
1) Change Security Questions and Answers (DONE!)
2) Change Password (DONE!)
3) Fax documentation
The third is not done, I´m unable to fax in a document. I dont own a fax or know anyone who has.
How to resolve this?

Nobody has hacked ur account paypal does it with all ,
even my account is limited now , i being faxed them the docs its 10 days now and i even mailed them 2 times but no reply ,
they suck , i feel i lost all my money in that account ,
If u dont have a fax u can do it from a friends or a shop u can fax the docs from anywhere , i faxed my docs from a general store.

fax the docs paypal has asked u for they had asked me for my utility bill
