I would like to share this vegetarian recipe. 1 (16 ounce) package penne pasta 4 cloves garlic, minced 3/4 cup olive oil 1 large head fresh broccoli, blanched 1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives DIRECTIONS Cook pasta in large pot with boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well. In a medium skillet over medium heat cook garlic in olive oil, being careful not to allow garlic to burn. In a large bowl add the cooked broccoli, cooked and drained pasta, and black olives. To serve, pour garlic oil over pasta and vegetables. Serve warm.

This is one of my favorite quick meals... 2 boxes Spanish Rice Rice a Roni (you could make 1 depending how many people you are feeding), made according to pkg. directions. In the meantime in a seperate pan brown about 1- 1 1/2 lbs of hamburger and drain. Add the hamburger to the Rice a Roni and finish cooking as usual. We use this as a burrito filling. It is filling, cheap, fast and easy :)

Do you like Pizza if so you will love this It is called Meatza Pie Meatza Pie Use hamburger and spice the meat. To your liking is fine. Press meat into a deep tray or pid plate. Add all your fav pizza ingredients and bake in oven till done I add pepperoni, green and red peppers, mushrooms, black olives, summer sausage, ham, pizza sauce and of course cheeses What ever you like is great. Serve with salad and garlic toast Yummy Wendy
