What u think should be done to review the Indian cricket team?

After the exit of the Indian cricket team from the very first round of world cup, Indian team is a deep gutter right now. In order to revive the spirits of the players there are certain measures that need to be taken on part of BCCI, players, former players, viewers, and even government. In your opinion what needs to be done and who needs to do what in order for Indian cricket team to regain their lost pride.

the indian players is not play for the india or team sprit but they are play for own records that's why they came out in the first round and not able to reach in Super 8 round

New series and yet another humiliating defeat knocking on the door of Indian cricket. Can anyone see the future of Indian cricket, as far I can see it’s doom from now and only some magician can save Indian cricket.
Regarding this Indian team I can’t remember the last time they won a match against Australia.
