Digital Camera

What type of digital camera do you have if you own one? My daughter has a Samsung brand that we bought her for her birthday and she has really enjoyed hers. I have enjoyed using it also, in fact, so much so that I ordered one for myself last week from Overstock.com. It is just like hers except for the color. I love to take pictures. I have a bunch here at home that I need to buy picture albums for. It wouldn't take long to fill up several, Ha! Ha!

Hi SheliaLee, I own a Canon digital camera and I have not really used it yet. I purchased it last December.
I have read the manual though so I will start taking it out with me when I go places. My daughter has one also and my younger daughter has a phone camera. She took a picture of her new born baby with it last October and emailed it to me. I was so happy to see my grand daughter. She is my first grand daughter.

Oh that is wonderful!! I know you are proud of that picture!! I hope you enjoy your camera. I have a camera on my cell phone and a small digital camera that I got from Avon that was also a key chain but the pictures aren't really great quality. That was why I decided to go ahead and buy this Samsung. My cell phone along with my husband's and daughter's are all Samsung and we have been very pleased with this brand of electronics.

I own a Kodak Easy Share digital that my sister gave the family for Christmas two years ago. I love to take pictures. I try to take new photos weekly of my family doing different things. This past year my daughter asked for a camera as well I bought her a Kidak Easy Share digital as well. I highly recommend this camera if you are just starting off with a digital. Or are buying one for someone else.

That sounds like a great gift idea. If I ever get one for somebody I'll try that one. A lot of times my mother buys those disposable cameras. I have used them before and they make good pictures but I like the fact that you can delete the pictures on a digital camera if it doesn't turn out exactly like you want it to.

My friend bought me a samusung digital camera not to long ago.I am loving it.I still have alot to learn with it though.

Right now we have an olympus, but we are probably going to be getting a new one this week sometime - a wonderful Canon with an awesome zoom. I am so excited to get it and be able to play with it.

It is always fun to get something new isn't it? It is almost like Christmas! I have already taken several pictures with my new Samsung. I plan to get me a memory card this weekend so I can take more.

My brother put one on layaway for me for my birthday a couple weeks ago. He did not tell me what brand it was. He likes Kodak brand so that is probably what it is, not sore though. I can't wait to get it. I never owned one before and God knew I wanted one. So I will soon have it. I do not know how long it will take him to get it out. Can't wait, hehe! "Praise God!"

I know what you mean. I had been wanting a digital one for a long time. So I just decided to get one for myself. I'm sure that all the brands are good, I just got the Samsung because it was just like my daughter's and I was already familiar with it. I certainly have enjoyed using it and I'm sure you will when you get yours, and I sure hope it soon!!

I had a Fuji before and a few months ago, I decided to treat myself to a new camera with higher mega-pixels. I bought a Canon Power Shot SD630. It's great. Take clear pictures. It's small enough to make it easy to carry around but it's big enough to not feel like you're going to lose it. It has a large lcd display on the back! There's lot of cool little features and such. And my favorite thing about it, you can change the setting on the camera to take the pictures in certain sizes so that you do not have to resize them on your computer. I can set it to 640x480 and then just load the pictures onto my laptop! It's great.

That does sound like a neat camera. My Samsung has 5 mega-pixels on it. It also has a feature where you can change the landscape and scenery of the background for when you take the picture. I think it also has different frames. I just got it yesterday so I haven't really had time to look at it all but I'm really looking forward to it.

Mine is a DXG and I've had it for about two years. Its a great little camera and I use it quite a bit. The only thing I learned was never store it with batteries in it. I did for a couple months when we moved they burst but the camera was fine.
